HOW DOES THE WHOLE 'PACKAGE FREE' THING WORK? 

Minimizing shipping waste is important to us. At Eden Life, we ship everything 100% plastic free in an upcycled or 100% post-consumer box with paper wrapping and paper tape. All of our shipping materials are 100% recyclable and compostable. 

We also work with manufacturers that ship products plastic-free, and re-use their packaging whenever possible. 

WHAT ORDERS QUALIFY FOR FREE SHIPPING?

All orders over $35 that are being shipped to an address within the continental US (excluding Alaska and Hawaii) will qualify for free shipping. International orders will not qualify for free shipping.

  • Free shipping takes between 2-5 business days after you receive your shipping notification.
  • Expedited shipping rates are available at checkout. 
  • Orders are shipped in 2-4 business days (please expect moderate delays during the COVID-19 pandemic).
  • USPS is experiencing significant delays. 

DO YOU OFFER SHIPPING OVERSEAS? 

Yes! We want to make it easier for you to reduce your waste, no matter where you are! For international orders of high value, we recommend purchasing Priority Mail International, opposed to First Class International, for package insurance, replacement eligibility, and tracking.  

  • International shipping rates are calculated at checkout.
  • International customers are responsible for duties and import fees.
  • International orders can be tracked via national mail carriers using the tracking codes provided.
  • We are unable to provide support after a package enters the destination country. 

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO SHIP MY ORDER?  

Please note, orders will arrive in 4-10 business days. You should receive an email order notification with a tracking number to track your shipment.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY? 

We try to minimize returns as these are one of the largest causes of waste. If you have any issues with your product, please email us at hello@shopedenlife.com and we will address these on a case-by-case basis.

  • Cosmetics and personal hygiene products are not eligible for returns or refunds.
  • We can only cover return shipping fees for damaged or incorrect items.
