Many people have a love/hate relationship with cleaning. It's a task you don't exactly run to do, however, the thrill and joy of having a clean house is an unexpected side effect of completed said task.
So what is it about having a clean space? It's more than just the lack of dirt or good smell. It's all about having the energetic space to think and be. The thing about your abode is exactly that- when it's taken up by "things", there isn't literal space. When you detox your home, you have the ability to create, play, and allow your body and mind to rest.
So before you procrastinate cleaning your space, see it as an act of kindness for creative yourself to be able to just be.
